Midtown Atlanta Wedding
Nicole and David are so special to me – ever since their destination engagement session in California I have been counting down the days until their Atlanta wedding! They really wanted their wedding to be a reflection of who they are as a couple. As a result, their wedding combined traditional romance with urban Atlanta sophistication, which is SO them! When it came time to decide on a wedding venue, JCT Kitchen & Bar was an obvious choice. They used to live right across the street and often dined at the restaurant – they even got engaged nearby!
They decided to do a first look, which provided lots of opportunities for couples portraits and allowed them to spend time with their friends and families during cocktail hour. Even though it poured rain for fifteen minutes before the ceremony, the sun came out just in time for Nicole to walk down the aisle. The reception included live music, AMAZING food (you must try the fried chicken at JCT Kitchen) and a dessert table that paired traditional Korean desserts with American staples like donuts and cupcakes. Their guests had an amazing time and everyone danced the night away!
